Dr. Oshinsky earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1983. He graduated cum laude with an MD from SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn, and pursued further training as a resident in surgery and in urology at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. In his final year of residency, he was Chief Resident in Urology.
He has multiple publications, presentations, and academic awards to his credit. Dr. Oshinsky is certified by the American Board of Urology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
