Michael R. Dourmashkin, MD has been practicing Urology since he completed his Urology Residency at the Montefiore Medical Center – Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1988. He is Board Certified in Urology and completed his Re-Certification Examination in 2005. His practice is in Westbury in Nassau County and in Howard Beach in Queens County. His current hospital affiliations include North Shore University Hospital at Manhasset and Plainview, Winthrop Hospital in Mineola, and New Island Hospital in Bethpage. He is Chief of Urology at North Shore University Hospital at Syosset. He is on staff at Surgery Centers in Howard Beach, Garden City, and Melville and Kidney Stone Treatment Centers in East Meadow and Queens.
Dr. Dourmashkin practices all fields of Urology including Urologic Oncology, Prostate Disease, Kidney Stone Disease, Urinary Incontinence, Male Infertility, Erectile Dysfunction, and Urinary Tract Infections. He will also see children with Urologic problems.
After completing his Bachelor of Arts at Cornell University, he did post-graduate work at Columbia University before attending Medical School at the Sackler School of Medicine – New York State Program at Tel Aviv University in Israel.
